Basic Life Support (BLS)

BLS Provider Course

In the BLS Provider Course, you will learn how to identify various life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, administer appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED.

Upon successful completion of this class—which requires a multiple choice test—students will receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider certification card (valid for 2 years).

This program is ideal for professional rescuers, nurses, EMTs, medical office staff, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
